AIM
To enable delegates to develop skills in others, which encourage ownership
of the learning process while developing delegates' own skills as an effective
coach.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to:
- Assess their current levels of competence in coaching and identify strengths
and areas for development
- Identify the different ways in which people learn
- Fully understand the attitudes and skills which underpin effective coaching
and be able to apply them
- Know how to use and adapt a model of coaching skills to suit individuals
- Develop motivated teams which take more responsibility for and have more involvement
in team objectives.
